Talent Campus Bodensee (TCB) is part of SBW Haus des Lernens AG, one of Switzerland’s leading private educational institutions since 1980.

Five programmes – one campus: Located on the border between Kreuzlingen and Konstanz, TCB is a bilingual private school that brings together the International School, Elitesportschule Thurgau (NET), International Elitesports Thurgau (INET), Futura – 10th School Year, and the Sports Business College (Sport KV) under one roof.

For our expanding International School section, we are seeking a qualified, passionate and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction to Upper Primary classes (Grades 4 to 6).
Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) and Mathematics, tailoring lessons & assessment to meet diverse student needs.
Create an engaging, inclusive and supportive classroom environment that aligns with international educational standards.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Work collaboratively with the Campus teaching faculty to contribute to the organisation’s vibrant community.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (with teaching certification).
Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in Upper Primary levels (Grades 4–6).
Work authorisation: Swiss / EU national, or a "third-country national" already holding a valid Swiss 'B' or 'C' residential permit.
Language of instruction: English.
