Ambitions &
Big Dreams
At our schools in Kreuzlingen, St.Gallen, Winterthur and now Rapperswil-Jona, children and young people have the opportunity to live out their dreams in a dynamic and ambitious environment. Whether their passion is for sports, art, languages, or other areas - at the Talent-Campus, children and young people grow beyond themselves. The Kreuzlingen, St.Gallen and Winterthur locations have Swiss Olympic certification and facilitate top-class development of sporting abilities. Further international partnerships and accreditations (such as Cambridge) stand for education with high quality standards and worldwide connectivity.
Day School for
Active Learning
If we regard each child as a unique human being who has their own pace of development and brings with them a wide range of potential... and if we also enable this child to experience the world with all their senses and to discover their place in the world around them, then that child will grow into a person who is able to learn autonomously with joy and enthusiasm. Welcome to SBW Primaria, the St. Gallen elementary school with integrated kindergarten and Montessori pedagogy since 1996.
True to Life
and Personal
SBW Oberstufe in Häggenschwil offers children and young people the unique opportunity of a private secondary school for everyone in the village. Children from outside the village also have the opportunity to attend. They benefit from a concept that focuses on recognising and developing individual performance potential in level groups. Wherever possible, learning takes place in contact with people, nature and the city.
Maturing and
Finding Focus
Young people without training or an apprenticeship arranged after their 3rd year in secondary school can use our cantonal bridging programme (Brückenangebot) as an intermediate year. The programme is divided into two main areas: General Knowledge (BA-A) is aimed at young people with uncertain career aspirations who need further support, while Internship (BA-P) is aimed at young people who have a clear career goal and want to gain practical experience (3 days internship, 2 days school).
Matura
à la Carte
The SBW EuregioGymnasium supports young people along the path to the Swiss Matura examination in five or six semesters. Since its foundation in 1998, our high school has had a success rate of almost one hundred percent, with more than 300 graduates (2021). Nestled in the Romanshorn local recreational area directly on Lake Constance, this small but outstanding school offers a culture of flexible learning with individually tailored support.
Mediamatician
Apprenticeship
SBW Neue Medien is a competence centre for independent learning, error management and vocational training in the fast-moving digital age. In our modern, future-oriented apprenticeship company with integrated vocational and advanced vocational school, we train 25 media technicians annually and provide versatile and comprehensive services in the areas of ICT (information and communication technology) and new media.
Mediamatics
for athletes
The 4-year mediamatics training programme for talented sportspeople sets standards in terms of flexibility in everyday school and training. Every year, 20 young people complete their Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence and at the same time reach for the stars in their sporting careers. When ambitious young people benefit from our flexible school system, great things happen. Start in August 2025 in St. Gallen. Dare to do what you dream.
Crossing Boundaries
Our educational offerings have been available in Germany for many years. Through our own schools. Through educational programmes that we have set up, supported, and operated on behalf of third parties, which have subsequently become independent after an agreed period of time. Or as a role model and blueprint - especially in Baden-Württemberg, where the SBW Haus des Lernens learning principle has been implemented for developments in a number of schools (SBW Franchise). SBW Haus des Lernens is present in more locations than you would think. We are ready and looking forward to even more opportunities for SBW in Germany as well as outside the German-speaking countries.
